SecretPear lets you watch videos with people you invite, at the same moment, while you see and hear each other.

Rooms are small on purpose. A room for two holds 2 people and a group room holds 3. Small rooms keep the picture and the sound good.

Nobody finds your room unless you send them an invite. There's no search and no directory.

You don't need an account. Without one you get a guest name that's deleted after seven days without a visit.

SecretPear is for adults. Rooms are private and people can see and hear each other, so it isn't a safe place for kids.

If you know someone under 18 is using it, email me at hello@secretpear.com and I'll deal with it right away.

I don't put ads on SecretPear or in your videos. YouTube and other video sites can still show their own ads inside their videos, the same as on their site. I don't block those and I don't make money from them.

There's no AI in SecretPear.

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account counts as done by you. You can turn on two step sign in under You, then Account & Security.

If you think someone got into your account, email me and I'll help. You won't be in trouble for asking.

SecretPear doesn't host, store or copy any video. It shows the video site's own player and keeps everyone at the same moment.

You need the right to watch whatever you put on, and that site's rules still apply to you here.

Don't harass or threaten anyone. Don't share pictures or video of someone who hasn't agreed to it. Nothing illegal.

Whoever made a room can remove anyone from it, and anyone can leave whenever they want.

If an account is being used to hurt people, I'll close it, and I won't take long about it. Report it from the room, or email me.

Everything SecretPear is for is free. Rooms, invites, watching together, voice, camera and chat don't cost anything, and they won't start costing anything.

The Shop sells extras. Effects for your name, frames for your picture, SecretPear IDs, and the VIP Pack. None of it changes what you can do in a room.

Themes change how the whole app looks for you. Each one is $4.99 once, or the four launch themes together are $9.99 once. You buy a theme one time and it stays on your account for good, on every device you sign in on. Your own background picture is free.

Payments go through Stripe, so I never see your card. If something you bought doesn't show up or doesn't work, email me and I'll fix it or refund it.

I build SecretPear myself and I test it seriously, but it's early. Something might break, or be down for a bit while I fix it.

You can stop whenever you want. Delete your rooms, or delete your account under You, then Account & Security, and everything attached to it goes too.

The date at the top changes when this page does. If you keep using SecretPear after that, the new version applies.
